We are snowbirds and had an intermittent sprinkler controller issue causing our sprinklers not to come on all the time, usually when we are not there. I called Velocity and spoke with Shawn who was the only company that was able to come out the next day. He was on-time, cheerful, and very knowledgable. He was able to troubleshoot and repair the problem within the hour service call time. Hats off to you Shawn ! By the way, he is the sole owner of the company and is Ca.
